Philosophy:  Our Nutritionist does not believe in trendy diets (e.g. Keto, Atkin's, Carnivorous, etc). As an omnivorous species and each person is different by biology and generations of cultural foods, no "one diet" will work for all. Desired results might sometimes be quickly accomplished with them trendy diets, however the immediate rewards often mask the biological and psychological problems which surface later on in life (yes, food affects your brain/mood too). The focus of our Nutritionist is to understand the client's goals, the client's biological state, cultural backgrounds, and other factors such as lifestyle, to provide the client with a healthy and holistic plan to not only get closer to the client's specific goals, but also keep the client healthy and functioning well for many years of longevity.

PLAN

We will do an initial diet analysis, do a detailed body composition test, then formulate a plan to achieve your goals 

DO

Client will do as told and carry out the formulated plan

CHECK

Nutritionist will check the results and see how the client is progressing, and make changes or formulate a new plan

ACT

New actions will be conducted by following the updated plan to ensure client is progressing in the right path towards the goals
